CRICKET FANS are eagerly awaiting the big match between two south Asian teams Pakistan and Sri Lanka in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 at R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on Saturday, February 26. Pakistan and Sri Lanka match will be played under flood lights.

Both group 'A' teams, Pakistan and Sri Lanka sunk their opponents in their opening matches with a huge margin of more than 200 runs.

Pakistan started their World Cup 2011 journey against Kenya and won the match by 205 runs. Pakistan's young batsman Umar Akmal scored 71 runs and captain Shahid Afridi claimed five wickets for 16 runs. Whereas, the Sri Lankan team won their first match by 210 runs against Canada and Mahela Jayawardene and captain Kumar Sangakkara scored 100 and 92 runs respectively.

Their batsmen Kumar Sangakkara, Mahela Jayawardene and Tillakaratne Dilshan can set a huge target for the opponents whereas bowlers like Muttiah Muralitharan and Lasith Malinga can pick wickets in regular intervals.
